We will do this by facilitating practical skill training programmes across board and demanding that government and does so too. we know for sure that low skills perpetuate poverty and inequality. Skills development can reduce unemployment, raise incomes, and improve standards of living. Helping young people develop skills makes economic sense.

The Issues
One third of the working age population in low- and middle-income countries lack the basic skills required to get quality jobs, leaving them unable to achieve their full productive potential and limiting economic investment and growth.
The challenge is further exacerbated by a rapidly changing global economy that increasingly requires workers to be innovative, flexible and adaptive. According to World Bank calculations, more than two billion working-age adults are not equipped with the most essential literacy skills required by employers. Among young adults under the age of 25, the number is about 420 million worldwide.
Who We Are
Skill for all Foundation (SFAF) is guided by a core belief: That Skills Development will reduce unemployment, raise incomes, and improve standards of living. Helping young people develop skills makes economic sense and is the only way to achieve true and sustainable development.
We are a government recognized non-governmental organization duly registered with the Nigerian Government’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration number CAC/IT/NO123876.
