This March, in celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD) on the 8th, Skill For All will be hosting the SkillHer Campaign — a week-long initiative dedicated to celebrating the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women around the world.
The campaign will shine a spotlight on women who are breaking barriers and redefining what it means to be skilled in today’s world, while also advocating for a society where women are equipped with the tools to dominate across every sector of the economy. Through our platforms, we’ll share inspiring stories of women in skill development, while pushing for greater investment in opportunities that empower girls and women.
To wrap up the campaign, we will be visiting two secondary schools in Port Harcourt to engage young girls in conversations about discovering their strengths and talents. We’ll also provide them with incentives to encourage their growth and help them envision a future where their skills open doors of opportunity.
The SkillHer Campaign is more than a celebration — it is a movement to ensure women and girls have equal access to education, skill development, and empowerment. Together, we can raise a generation of women who are confident, resilient, and skilled enough to shape the future.
Join us this International Women’s Day as we celebrate women, inspire girls, and advocate for a skilled future.
